What You Do:
Roll puff pastry out and cut 4
3-inch rounds with a cookie cutter. Put on baking sheet and cover with a
piece of parchment paper and place another cookie sheet on top so they won't
over puff. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown. Remove and allow to
cool
For Bananas:
In a pan, melt butter and add the brown sugar, syrup, and vanilla.
Stir and let thicken. Slice bananas 1/2 thick and lay in sauce to cook for 2
minutes. Flip and cook another minute. Remove from pan and let cool
slightly. Arrange in a circular pattern on pastry. Spoon sauce on top
and Enjoy!
